"From hesitant to impressed with Fides"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

At first, I was hesitant to try Fides because I thought it would be another complicated compliance tool. But once I started using it, I was surprised at how simple and intuitive it actually is. The dashboards are clear, and the automation saves me from repeating manual tasks. It also gives me confidence that we’re handling sensitive data responsibly without getting lost in technical jargon. What do you dislike about Fides?

Sometimes the initial setup felt a bit confusing, and I had to spend extra time getting used to the navigation. Once I got familiar, it became much easier, but a guided walkthrough would help new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fides: All-in-One Platform That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

Fides is a one-stop shop for corporate governance with a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to use from day one. It acts like a next-gen SharePoint for corporate documents, allowing efficient generation, storage, and powerful full-text search — even within documents. Org charts can be created effortlessly, and managing shareholder and board meetings is streamlined, including drafting and signing resolutions directly in the platform.

The third-party integrations are especially valuable. DocuSign makes digital signatures seamless, while Notarity enables in-platform notarization. The integration with North Data is another standout — it pulls commercial register updates directly into Fides, removing the need to manually retrieve extracts in supported countries.

Finally, the customer success team is exceptional. They ensure a smooth and thorough implementation and are always responsive when support is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

There’s nothing I actively dislike about Fides - it’s more about wanting even more functionality. One feature that would be great to have is automated notifications to relevant stakeholders whenever there are changes to a legal entity, such as new documents or updates to entity data. That kind of alert system would make staying on top of changes even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Investor relations made easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

We use Fides to keep track of all resolutions that need to be done with our shareholders and board. Once the articles of association, captable, etc. have been uploaded to Fides, it is super easy to set up a resolution with the correct majority requirements, circulate it with the signatories and keep a digital track of all votes.

Also, their support is very responsive.

One nice add-on: Fides has a built in tool to get the most recent commercial register excerpt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

We have a pretty long resolution catalogue, which can make loading times a little longer (usually <20 sec, so not too crazy) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fides: Purpose-Built Powerhouse for Seamless Entity Management and Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

While most so-called purpose built software products for entity management still treat user experience and essential features for effective corporate entity governance as an afterthought, Fides has impressed me and the implementation team time and time again with both their expansive host of ootb-ready features, and their visible dedication to both product and customer demonstrated in every interaction.

- Expansive feature-set ready from the moment of implementation, making integration with existing corporate structures a breeze

- Incredibly dedicated team of implementation consultants and technical staff, making customizations possible often within hours of any change request

- Product built from the start with a specific purpose in mind, instead of 'tacking' on entity management functionalities onto already existing legal or risk management suites

- Possibility for extensive use of automation and wizards, enabling non-legal personnel to participate in transactions while never sacrificing compliance or ease-of-use.

- Feedback throughout the organization, even from users outside the initial project team or with limited interaction, overwhelmingly pointed out the staggering improvements achievable from the start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

- No backend access for internal admins at the time of implementation made independent changes often difficult, even though the Fides team nearly always solved change requests within a matter of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A product which actually eases Corporate Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

Fides simplifies committee work. In particular, digital voting has been quickly adopted and reduces the turnaround time by 80%. Furthermore, we very satisfied to use it as single point of truth for our CapTable, information about all subsidiaries of the group, and corporate documents storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

Although not everything is perfect yet, we are very satisfied, even after evaluating the supposed industry leaders such as Diligence or Sherpany. And should any problems arise, our key account manager is always on hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fides is super easy to use, and you can find your way around immediately. With the many options available, it is possible to neatly collect and store master data and documents for a large number of companies. The continuous development of the product makes it possible to bundle more and more topics in Fides and create a single source of truth. The implementation process is very simple, and the onboarding of new colleagues can be done in a short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

It would be advantageous if more reports could be created according to one's own wishes and requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An innovative and easy to handle tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Fides?

A lot in this tool is self-explanatory and automated. Resolutions passed via Fides are automatically stored in the tool, which means that the resolution can be found quickly at a later date. The Fides team is very helpful and very flexible when it comes to scheduling joint meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

The presentation of a larger group of companies in the organisation chart is not yet particularly clear and can be improved. Some of the implementations in Fides contain some mistakes, so it is important to make a follow-up check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fides is a very helpful tool for corporate groups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

Fides helps us to maintain an overview of the administration of our group of companies. The creation and filing of shareholder resolutions has become simpler, clearer and faster.

Approvals no longer need to be signed by hand, but can be issued digitally with Fides. This is particularly important in times of mobile working.

In addition, company documents are now easier to find with Fides.

And last but not least, we appreciate Fides' good and competent customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

In a few cases, handling was not so intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Especially in a decentralized set-up, FIDES facilitates meetings and resolution taking!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fides?

I appreciate that meeting and resolution templates can be easily duplicated and amended. This not only speeds up the creation of agendas and resolution taking processes but also, via the use of placeholders, greatly reduces the trap of copy/paste mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fides?

I cannot really think of anything. Of course, FIDES, as any tool, needs some time to getting used to, but the FIDES employees are always helpful and responsive if questions are asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
