Fides is a one-stop shop for corporate governance with a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to use from day one. It acts like a next-gen SharePoint for corporate documents, allowing efficient generation, storage, and powerful full-text search — even within documents. Org charts can be created effortlessly, and managing shareholder and board meetings is streamlined, including drafting and signing resolutions directly in the platform.

The third-party integrations are especially valuable. DocuSign makes digital signatures seamless, while Notarity enables in-platform notarization. The integration with North Data is another standout — it pulls commercial register updates directly into Fides, removing the need to manually retrieve extracts in supported countries.

There’s nothing I actively dislike about Fides - it’s more about wanting even more functionality. One feature that would be great to have is automated notifications to relevant stakeholders whenever there are changes to a legal entity, such as new documents or updates to entity data. We use Fides to keep track of all resolutions that need to be done with our shareholders and board. Once the articles of association, captable, etc. have been uploaded to Fides, it is super easy to set up a resolution with the correct majority requirements, circulate it with the signatories and keep a digital track of all votes.

With the many options available, it is possible to neatly collect and store master data and documents for a large number of companies. A lot in this tool is self-explanatory and automated. Resolutions passed via Fides are automatically stored in the tool, which means that the resolution can be found quickly at a later date. Fides helps us to maintain an overview of the administration of our group of companies. The creation and filing of shareholder resolutions has become simpler, clearer and faster.

Approvals no longer need to be signed by hand, but can be issued digitally with Fides. This is particularly important in times of mobile working.
