In particular, digital voting has been quickly adopted and reduces the turnaround time by 80%. Furthermore, we very satisfied to use it as single point of truth for our CapTable, information about all subsidiaries of the group, and corporate documents storage. **What do you dislike about Fides?** Although not everything is perfect yet, we are very satisfied, even after evaluating the supposed industry leaders such as Diligence or Sherpany. And should any problems arise, our key account manager is always on hand. **What problems is Fides solving and how is that benefiting you?** * Signing of resolutions by the Boards and among our group companies as well as creating and signing of minutes.
