I find Feedspace.io very helpful for collecting feedback from employees. Before using it, SOPs & previous employees' feedback were messy across emails, chats, or spreadsheets, which made it hard to manage. With Feedspace, everything is collected in one place.
I have used Feedspace to conduct our first round of interviews, which saved a lot of our time and helped in better screening, and whenever we were stuck, we got a very quick response from the support team.
It is very easy to use for both employees and HR. Sharing a link takes seconds, and employees can respond without any extra effort. The feedbox makes it simple for me to review all responses in one view, saving a lot of time.
Feedspace has improved the way I gather and organize feedback, especially for employee engagement, onboarding, and training sessions.
