What I like the most is the automation of the processes. Having a visual aid is very important during the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there are some processes to automate, such as the possibility of creating cascading checklists, each task requires more tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to toggle between tasks and to move tasks around on-screen. Also it's easy to see comments and notes for individual tasks. The autosave function is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tag notifications from coworkers and ticket issuers can be easily looked over or missed, so reminder emails or pop-ups on-screen while using the site would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way the Collections and Boards are displayed and how easy it is to change views and make all the information clear to whoever needs it. Also, making it possible to connect cards throughout different Boards and Collections so we only need to update one of them is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe the interfaces are not so easy to adapt - you do need to spend a few days studying Favro to understand where everything is and how to make it work. Also, the automations are there, but there are only a few of them and many are missing more customization. Due to that, we have to find workarounds all the time and even like that there are some things that I consider basic and that do not exist on Favro (such as sending notifications to the PIC of the card, making calculations, etc.). The quantity of features and tools available, the fluidity and responsiveness of the site, the speed of access, and the page configuration options help a lot in daily life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's difficult to find something I don't like, but I believe they could offer more support in Portuguese. Brazil is a country where less than 5% of its population speaks English, and this could be a huge differentiator in the national market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So the tool is very useful and when put to good use can definitely leverage the results of your team. Having said that, people who have never used Favro or other such tools might have a hard time figuring out how to use it - a better tutorial (or constant learning tips) would help cut the learning curve. The lack of a better tutorial, introduction or support material for people of all knowledge levels to be able to fully explore what Favro has to offer. Having to count on your colleagues to explain it to you does not seems an optimal onboarding process into this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to navigate through all my collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't change the rules for guests. If I invite them to my collection that's it - No View, No Edit restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design of the tool, combined with the number of options and connections that you are able to do in a single collection or board are amazing. The timelines are optimal as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is so complete and has so many resources that we had to have a 3 days course to understand and repass the acquired knowledge. This means that the tool is not as ergonomic as it could/should be. Simple tasks sometimes becomes hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features are easy to configure yet complex and powerful. You can view the same data in multiple ways, which helps the overall experience. Moreover, the UI is superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actually, the only downside of favro is the pricing, which might get pretty expensive for a startup. The overall learning path can be tricky for newbies in the agile and planning world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the base functions like shortcuts, the ability to undo and drag and drop everything. I think simplicity is important. But also versatility and functionality are important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes I have issues figuring connections and creating copies of cards rather than connections. At times the navigation through the various groups feels a bit clumsy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easily track my team, our projects, our backlog, and all stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting tool is not very appealing. And upon testing the Favro API to integrate with an external BI tool, it's not a straightforward data response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
