Allowing our multiple system users to use to use the same password for different systems really makes a significant different. Users does not need to change password in 10 systems ver the course of 90 days, instead it is just one. This reduces the need to note passwords downs in text documents or other unsafe places, and it is very convinient for the user. We use boith the Synch feature but also the SSPR feature for the same systems. We do not want to have admins/managers use the same passwords for all the systems,m´´ hence they use the SSPR capability of FastPass for our SAP and IBM z/OS systems. There were standard connecotrs for these so very easy to implement.
IT is stable and easi to use for us. Support is really great, and if eas very easy and surprisingly quick to implement. We have around 7.700 users using it currently. Great ROI! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a lot really, the Sync part is very easy - would be nice if users could claim their own accounts in other systems hainv other usernames than standard. Currently we mao the usernames which works great, but there was some boring initial work with that, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
