This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024 **What do you like best about FastPass Sync?** Allowing our multiple system users to use the same password for different systems really makes a significant difference. Users do not need to change passwords in 10 systems over the course of 90 days; instead, it is just one. This reduces the need to note passwords down in text documents or other unsafe places, and it is very convenient for the user. We use both the Sync feature and the SSPR feature for the same systems. We do not want to have admins/managers use the same passwords for all the systems; hence they use the SSPR capability of FastPass for our SAP and IBM z/OS systems. There were standard connectors for these, so it was very easy to implement. It is stable and easy to use for us. Support is really great, and it was very easy and surprisingly quick to implement. We have around 7,700 users using it currently. Great ROI! **What do you dislike about FastPass Sync?** Not a lot really, the Sync part is very easy - would be nice if users could claim their own accounts in other systems having other usernames than standard. Currently, we map the usernames which works great, but there was some boring initial work with that. **What problems is FastPass Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** A bit strange this is under the "Password Manager" as this is not a password vault. Basically what it does is two things: 1. Sync the passwords across systems - hence when a user sets a password in AD, the user gets the same password for our SAP systems (24 systems) and IBM z/OS 2. SSPR handles the users who may not have the same password across systems (e.g., admins or privileged users in general). ### 2.
