**What do you like best about Fast Response AI?**

We run PHR Learning, an online certification course for HR professionals and get a lot of random pre-purchase questions. Fast Response AI was easy to setup, scanned our website and got a number with a trained AI Assistant. What I like is that I can get calls/texts and chats manually or have AI respond after hours or when I'm not available. The software looks very neat. The AI answers the common pre-enrollment questions instead of leaving someone hanging or sending an email and having to wait for an answer. It even allows me to capture interested people and follow up with them afterwards or have AI do it. The mass outbound side is what sold me: I can use their form builder to collect pre-approved contacts which I can then mass text for our live courses!

**What do you dislike about Fast Response AI?**

It's built more for service businesses than course launches, so I wasn't sure it was going to be for me but their support assured me it would work.  Adding more clarity around that could be helpful. I'd also like more FAQs so that I don't have to contact support every time I have a question.

**What problems is Fast Response AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missed pre-sale questions, and fragmented outbound. We're now capturing people who might have visited the site and otherwise bounced. We used to communicate mostly via emails but get much better feedback from calls and texts!

**What do you like best about Fast Response AI?**

Fast Response AI feels like an extra teammate for our non profit, LA Strong Foundation. We needed a reliable system with great support to handle inbound and outbound calls and texts for multiple events and initiatives, during the LA Fires and our ongoing initiatives to support disaster relief and recovery throughout Los Angeles. Since becoming a customer last year, Fast Response AI has added more and their support team is incredibly responsive. Fast Response AI delivers frontline communications support in real time to ensure that we can deliver the most impact to those we serve.

**What do you dislike about Fast Response AI?**

We liked everything. Everyone and everything has been great.

**What problems is Fast Response AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and effective handling of calls and texts. Event coordination and updates.
