FabHub streamlines our manufacturing process with easy setup and powerful automations **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026 **What do you like best about FabHub?** As we were transitioning from prototypes and small scale production of our robotics system, managing inventories, orders, and the whole manufacturing process and linking it to our accounting system manually through spreadsheets was becoming very time consuming and error prone, especially as our products have complex BOMs with hundreds of line items. That was when we started looking into Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) software, and realised that most of the tools out there have a steep learning curve, did not fit all our requirements, have very outdated UI/UX, and do not cover some important parts of the process, in addition to having very expensive pricing plans even at the entry level with few orders, gating a lot of the essential advanced functionality behind even more expensive plans. After extensive research we came across FabHub and couldn't be happier: the interface is modern and easy to get started with, it covers all our needs, it includes a lot of automations and different parts of the sourcing, manufacturing, QA and post-sales process are well connected and integrated, and our engineering, manufacturing and accounting teams have adopted it very quickly resulting in hundreds of hours saved every month, better planning, and less materials lost. **What do you dislike about FabHub?** Our experience has so far been heavily positive, and in our experience their support team is generally very responsive and open to suggestions for features, integrations and product improvements. **What problems is FabHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves us from the very time-consuming and labour intensive process of managing stocks, production, prioritising demand and having view into what components and subsystems are needed when, tracking QA and maintaining evidence, providing post-sales maintenance, all connected and in one place while keeping our inventory accounts and records easily up to date. ### 2. FabHub: Finally a Unified Workflow and Packed With Useful Features! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026 **What do you like best about FabHub?** There are so many features and I absolutely love how they address every need simply and in a straight-forward manner. E.g., from having tabs for all the different aspects we'd want to keep a record of of like supplier or customer contacts, or an items list for both materials and products, to being able to track and monitor workflow like how many orders are active vs past due or if something's waiting for inspection. We've come to expect old, outdated and clunky software for these sorts of things but FabHub runs the way any modern site does! It's fast and doesn't lag no matter how much info had been added so far. Also worth mentioning how the workflow is so intuitive! I was immediately able to start without much onboarding. You can tell the people who built this platform have actually lived through some of these problems themselves, like trying to keep track of overstuffed spreadsheets or juggling multiple platforms just to stay on top of everything, and then created something they would personally want to use for managing inventory, procurement, and production. I’m genuinely delighted that I now have a single, unified view of everything. Best of all, they’ve also thought through different access rights, so I can easily make sure my staff can use it too, with the right level of access. Definitely feel like I'm getting my money's worth and at the risk of repeating myself, the consolidation of all the things I need in one place alone makes this more than worth it. **What do you dislike about FabHub?** A few tooltips here and there would be helpful to avoid some guessing or trial and error, but most things are pretty intuitive and straightforward so it hasn't hindered me from working. **What problems is FabHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before FabHub, managing inventory, procurement, and production meant juggling multiple spreadsheets and different systems with a lot of manual work just to keep everything up to date. It was difficult to get a clear picture of what was happening at any given moment. Also, reporting often meant spending hours pulling information together from different places. FabHub solved that by bringing everything into a single, modern platform. It's surprisingly fast and responsive which isn't something I've come to expect from manufacturing software. Even with a large amount of data, it remains smooth and easy to use. One of the biggest improvements has been collaboration. Instead of relying on one person to maintain spreadsheets or manually share updates, everyone can work from the same source of truth. The role-based permissions are particularly useful, as I can give different team members the right level of access to do their jobs without exposing sensitive information. It's made delegation much easier, reduced errors, and removed the risk of knowledge being locked away with a single individual.
