There are so many features and I absolutely love how they address every need simply and in a straight-forward manner. E.g., from having tabs for all the different aspects we'd want to keep a record of of like supplier or customer contacts, or an items list for both materials and products, to being able to track and monitor workflow like how many orders are active vs past due or if something's waiting for inspection. We've come to expect old, outdated and clunky software for these sorts of things but FabHub runs the way any modern site does! It's fast and doesn't lag no matter how much info had been added so far. Also worth mentioning how the workflow is so intuitive! I was immediately able to start without much onboarding. You can tell the people who built this platform have actually lived through some of these problems themselves, like trying to keep track of overstuffed spreadsheets or juggling multiple platforms just to stay on top of everything, and then created something they would personally want to use for managing inventory, procurement, and production. I’m genuinely delighted that I now have a single, unified view of everything. Best of all, they’ve also thought through different access rights, so I can easily make sure my staff can use it too, with the right level of access. Definitely feel like I'm getting my money's worth and at the risk of repeating myself, the consolidation of all the things I need in one place alone makes this more than worth it.

As we were transitioning from prototypes and small scale production of our robotics system, managing inventories, orders, and the whole manufacturing process and linking it to our accounting system manually through spreadsheets was becoming very time consuming and error prone, especially as our products have complex BOMs with hundreds of line items. That was when we started looking into Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) software, and realised that most of the tools out there have a steep learning curve, did not fit all our requirements, have very outdated UI/UX, and do not cover some important parts of the process, in addition to having very expensive pricing plans even at the entry level with few orders, gating a lot of the essential advanced functionality behind even more expensive plans.
