As an agency owner, I love the incredible range of features that EzyCommunity offers for myself and for my clients. My favourite parts are a smooth community platform which loads rapidly, including encrypted 1:1 chats and push notifications from our mobile app. The UI and UX is modern and clean and everything feels well designed and easy to use, both as a community admin and a community member.

I particularly like that we can even host our AI websites on the platform, meaning we are not tied to a specific builder, but can make uses of the incredible AI builders and then simply host it on here to make a seamless experience.

The pricing for the agency plan is excellent considering the 24/7 support and the infrastructure behind it. Running my own SaaS is now possible, something I couldn't have dreamed of before finding EzyCommunity.

Their automation features and use of webhooks / API allows for a truly refined platform they can be integrated with many others, allowing me to create my digital home. So now I have a website, email marketing, automations, community and outstanding support all in one.

Lastly, the speed of development and willingness to take on feedback from their users is just outstanding, it really feels like you are part of shaping the product as they listen to what real users are saying then making the platform even better.

I use EzyCommunity to host my own branded community platform for clients to build their own communities under my Help With Digital brand. It helps my clients increase revenue and provide better service without overwhelming them. I can give people direct access to the knowledge of me and my team through Q&A channels, events, courses, and resources. Channels divide the community into sensible discussion areas, courses give people bite-sized knowledge on demand, events are live and interactive, and Q&A channels help in the moment of need. I can be much more responsive and deliver higher levels of service. I like the personalised support from the team most. They are knowledgeable, fast, and responsive. I feel like I have become friends with many of the team, and they are a trusted pair of hands. EzyCommunity covers websites, emails, and lots of automations, and it integrates nicely with my other content creation and business operational tools. EZYCommunity has all of the features and more than I expected at a great price point. I love it so much that I bought an agency plan.

The features are great- you get a website, community, courses, blog, chat, analytics, and more, all in one. It's hard to find a comparable service at these prices.

I love the ability to post in the feed with formatting and several emoticons. Compared to some other platforms, this is a great improvement. The ability to monetize individual channels and courses is great.

The 1-to-1 chat and chat rooms respond instantly.

Posts and comments appear instantly, which is a major plus. No need to upgrade servers for speed here.

AI moderation- I don't know of any platforms offering that feature without an add-on.
