The interface is simple and uncluttered making it easy to find what you are looking for and exports are compatible with Microsof Excel. If you are skilled at coding your own HTML templates, then ezRecuit allows you build it all from scratch or tweak the code as you wish to improve the look of your templates. **What do you dislike about ezRecruit?** Marketing to leads in different stages of engagement is a real challenge because the ezRecruit is not designed with an option to pull leads based on open rates or click throughs. Reporting features may fall below expectations forcing you to collect and analize your data manually. **Recommendations to others considering ezRecruit:** Don't expect to build your templates WYSIWYG style or manage your leads and view your analytics with just a few clicks. You will need to take time to learn the ins and outs of this software to get the most out of it. If you are looking for a simple lead management software to manage a heavy flow of simplified marketing campaigns then this is a great tool. If your campaigns require targeted marketing to leads in differents stages, then this software may limit your ability to build relationships that you need converted into clients. **What problems is ezRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the purpose of recruitment, we are able to easily target leads by interest and location. I think if some improvements were made to the visual style so that it didn't look like a web app from a few years ago and looked a bit more modern, that would be really good for the product. **Recommendations to others considering ezRecruit:** It's great, and affordable - give it a chance! **What problems is ezRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us to keep student data in one place and market to different groups easily. ### 3.
