**What do you like best about EZnotes?**

Eznotes software is a great system to have it keeps everything simplified and in one place saves me time, saves me money and saves me the headache of having to go through handwritten notes and or recordings. The things I like best about this product are it is easy to learn and very fast. Notes are easy to create and it populates everything. You just have to be careful of every note looking the same. 

**What do you dislike about EZnotes?**

I would have to say the main con about this program would be that the interface is not the greatest. This con does not deter me from using the product as this program allows me to not have to have someone transcript all patient discussions.
Some glitches I've noticed are the program not having all the disease codes you may need, but they are easily corrected on the back end if needed. I've also noticed some typos here and there. 
I do wish it was cloud based, had email reminders for patients and it integrated with a virtual appointments/receptionist platform. Current EMRs I've worked with do not have this feature but it is something to look into.

**Recommendations to others considering EZnotes:**

I would recommend this product. It's easy to learn and intuitive- I trained on this for about 1 hour and got it.

This is an amazing system that keeps everything that you need and one place from nutrition to x-rays to patient information. It is a great resource to have.

**What do you like best about EZnotes?**

I like the easy to use configuration that eliminate some of the setup and detail hassle like in other programs. I also like that the info of each SOAP note is configured differently from day to day. 

**What do you dislike about EZnotes?**

There are some aspects that require unnecessary steps where streamlining could be incorporated. 

**What problems is EZnotes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having used other programs, I appreciate the ease in learning the system as well as the time saved configuring SOAP notes.

**What do you like best about EZnotes?**

I loved using this program. Documentation can be a real pain but this program was easy to learn, had great features and made documentation a breeze.

**What do you dislike about EZnotes?**

Sometimes when a lot of coworkers were logged in at the same time the program would crash and this was frustrating at times

**Recommendations to others considering EZnotes:**

Make sure to try to not log on at the same time as multiple coworkers because the program sometimes crashes.
