Eznotes software is a great system to have it keeps everything simplified and in one place saves me time, saves me money and saves me the headache of having to go through handwritten notes and or recordings. The things I like best about this product are it is easy to learn and very fast. Notes are easy to create and it populates everything. You just have to be careful of every note looking the same. I would have to say the main con about this program would be that the interface is not the greatest. This con does not deter me from using the product as this program allows me to not have to have someone transcript all patient discussions.

Some glitches I've noticed are the program not having all the disease codes you may need, but they are easily corrected on the back end if needed. I've also noticed some typos here and there.

I do wish it was cloud based, had email reminders for patients and it integrated with a virtual appointments/receptionist platform. Current EMRs I've worked with do not have this feature but it is something to look into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the easy to use configuration that eliminate some of the setup and detail hassle like in other programs. I also like that the info of each SOAP note is configured differently from day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
