We use Smart Office as an insurance CRM for recruiting agents

**What do you like best about EzData?**

The tech support is very helpful. The reporting is robust and we like the contract hierarchy functionality. 

**What do you dislike about EzData?**

Fields are not dynamic. Not all fields are accessible within all of the reports. We have had to "rig" certain fields in order to use the system for our contract work flow to work. 

**Recommendations to others considering EzData:**

If your insurance product is in the Life end, this is a very robust product. You will not have to make many changes.
