  ### 1. It really is EASY billing

**What do you like best about EZ Billing?**

That it really is simple and easy to learn and helps save time. Its all around a good system.

**What do you dislike about EZ Billing?**

I do think it's difficult when you're trying to do two things at once, it takes some getting used to. For instance, when I have both billed and schedule open sometimes it freezes and then eventually crashes but doesn't happen every time.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Billing:**

I would honestly recommend getting trained on how to use it, but then also creating a test patient and get in there and play around with it so you can become comfortable with it.

**What problems is EZ Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to be able to integrate and link our system which is beneficial for us, as well as outstanding patient balances.

**What do you like best about EZ Billing?**

ease of using the system. It is self explainitory.

**What do you dislike about EZ Billing?**

The system is always crashing when I have biller and schedule open.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Billing:**

I reccommed that you don't use scheduler and biller together for multiple locations.

Keeping up with outstanding billing

**What do you like best about EZ Billing?**

EZ Billing (EZ Healthcare) is a simple system to use. It's user friendly, easy to see the screens and navigate through the system itself. It easily integrates with EZ EHR for transcription and printing purposes. A simple system yet powerful.

**What do you dislike about EZ Billing?**

I dislike the reimbursement portion of the system, it just takes a bit getting used to having to go to different parts of the system. However, this really isn't a downfall I would take too much concern with. Simply have to learn how to navigate the system your way.

**Recommendations to others considering EZ Billing:**

I truly recommend EZ Billing after a quick demonstration from their customer support reps. You can see how your business applies to the software and be able to make a decision from there. Not all businesses can benefit from this software which is why I recommend a demonstration.

**What problems is EZ Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small OB/GYN practice and having this system really benefited our practice. Having the ability to link and integrate was a huge benefit.
