What do you like best about Eyesover?

What do you dislike about Eyesover?

Eyesover can only handle very obvious sentiment. I like or I dislike, I support or I oppose. Analysis of less specific social conversation and customization of keywords as positive or negative is not possible. The customer service is terrible and they over promise the capabilities of the platform. It could be useful for a candidate, but it will not work for a brand or an issue. What problems is Eyesover solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eyesover was sold as a platform that can provide sentiment and volume analysis for political issues. It has been unable to produce valuable data. Other services and platforms have been much more helpful and provide useful data that can inform campaigns. Eyesover can not. I recommend you avoid Eyesover. What do you like best about Eyesover?

The insight for candidates is unmatched. You can tailor messaging based on what is being discussed by your constituency and understand sentiment in the online discourse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eyesover?

For an outside political group it was helpful to see sentiment tracking on broader issues but wasn't always ideal to try to target those users directly through EyesOver. This software is ideal for campaigns and candidates who want to understand where their constituents are on a certain issue and tailor their message to the community they represent. What problems is Eyesover solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social monitoring is a difficult business. In political advertising we are always trying to fine tune our targeting and know we're reaching the right people with the right message. Eyes over allows a campaign to view voter sentiment in real time and develop messaging and responses to the issues being discussed online in the district, state, or country. Eyesover is unique in its ability to give you a real-time snapshot of how an issue is unfolding and predict where it is likely to go in the future. Having this information allows you to be able to develop strategies to meet your business objectives and then be able to see if they are working.
