**What do you like best about ExtraFax?**

The price point ($7/month) is very good- it's much cheaper than most competitors

**What do you dislike about ExtraFax?**

The interface is quite a bit outdated. It could definitely use some updating.

**What problems is ExtraFax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send letters and responses to the IRS so I need fax services regularly
