The manual included in the equipment shipment is awesome - it's not made of flimsy paper like some other companies, and they have diagrams about how to re-pack the boxes if you forget! Our badges look great and I had no issues checking in our 325+ attendees at our last event in April (and one in September). **What do you dislike about Expo Pass?** Some of our rowdier attendees that go out at night come back the next morning with a ripped or damaged badge. I would love if there was something slightly stronger. But this isn't a major issue because it's a small group of people (who could go out a little less!). **What problems is Expo Pass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current registration provider is absolutely lovely, but they do not have in-house badge printing services available. We've tried renting the equipment ourselves, and we've also tried their recommended partners, but the lack of customer service for self-rental and the high price for their partners left us in a bind. Expo Pass fit in our budget and still allowed us to have a degree of DIY onsite with good support available in case we needed it via phone or video call. The support for this product is top notch and the on-site badge printing was impressive. **What do you dislike about Expo Pass?** Compared to other registration platforms, Expo Pass perhaps doesn't have as many bells, whistles, and customization/integration options, but we found that the simplicity of this platform met our needs and at a lower cost, which was great. **What problems is Expo Pass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expo Pass allowed us to create and customize online registration forms for our event that we could easily integrate into our existing websites. The process was simple and quick. Attendee management is easy and our team picked up on it quickly. We also used the event app and started to try out session tracking, and will continue to build on the proper use of these functions with future events. For one event, we paid extra for the on-site badge printing function and it was seamless, updated instantly, and impressed our attendees while keeping the check-in lines quick. At another event, to save money, we printed the badges ourselves and were equally impressed with the easy process. I wish it was a bit less expensive to have on-site badge printing added per event, but otherwise, we found the cost of this platform and the features to match our needs well. ### 30.
