EXPENZ is an Enterprise Travel/General Expense Management System which ideally suits Mid to Large organizations that have a considerable travelling workforce and non-recurring expenses.

**What do you like best about Expenz?**

The pending costs, scanning receipts in a easy way also by app very handy and exclusive expense reports. The reports can be sorted by class and single project. The possibility to have different sorts of lists, so you can confirm the expenses by saved and then submitted and for the last step as paid. This is very helpful for the internal accounting.

**What do you dislike about Expenz?**

Unfortunately its not possible to sort the expenses by worker, this must be done manually. The receipt list of scaned documents works not always properly.

**What problems is Expenz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting for the accounting the single expenses regaring out office projects and also by business trips.
