The OCR doesn't work for most of our supplier invoices so I have more manual work to do than if we had a system with better OCR. I have found it difficult to get much support from our account manager, since ProSpend is based in Australia and we are in the UK when I have tried to set up calls it has meant I have to be join at 5am my time to talk to someone. ProSpend has made our expense management process much easier and more efficient. The platform is user-friendly, and submitting receipts, categorising expenses, and tracking transactions is simple and straightforward. One of the biggest benefits for us has been improved visibility and control over company spending. It has reduced manual paperwork and made it easier for our finance team to review and reconcile transactions. We’d also like to give a special mention to Jack, who has been extremely helpful throughout our time with ProSpend. He’s always prompt in responding to our questions, quick to resolve any issues, and supportive whenever we need assistance. His excellent customer service has made both the implementation and the ongoing use of ProSpend much smoother for our team. Overall, ProSpend has been a great addition to our business. You end up having to reject the entire claim instead. Sometimes it would be much more efficient to fix issues as you go, but there isn’t an option to do that. **What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are two main issues this is intended to solve. First, claims are not being processed in a timely manner, and a simpler process should encourage staff to complete them more promptly which gives are more timely and accurate financial data. Occasionally, certain bills get stuck in the process, and we only find out when the supplier brings it to our attention. Among all the drawbacks, my biggest issue is with their support system, which has left me completely frustrated. We have submitted multiple tickets, but responses often take more than 24 hours, and sometimes even weeks. Their support line is also difficult to reach. We are seriously considering switching to another ERP. If you are thinking about using Pro spend, I would strongly advise against it. User uptake within our business has been extremely high and feedback positive. Customer support is also second to none. Issues and queries can be easily logged in the portal and response times are usually a day or less. **What do you dislike about ProSpend?** Our ERP system doesn't currently link with ProSpend via an API. This is a feature that would be highly useful and would make things even more efficient. Bank account scanning on invoices is also sometimes a hit and miss. It would be beneficial if this technology can be improved to reduce manual override. **What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing ProSpend, all invoices were manually coded and approved either via long email chains or physically. This process was extremely tedious and time-consuming, causing inefficiencies. Since implementing ProSpend, invoice coding and approvals are intelligently completed within the system and are easily accessible by users either via the web or mobile app. This has greatly improved AP turnover and has on average reduced AP processing times by an average of 2 days per week. It would also be helpful if the split expense function would work across entities (categories) as well as expense types as we found this a little limiting. **What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expense manager helps us manage corporate credit cards and expense reimbursements for staff. Our previous system didn't receive card feeds, or integrate with our ERP. ### 20.
