**What do you like best about Exostar?**

Exostar provides a secure environment for the dozens of external partners we collaborate with on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Exostar?**

If there are ever Exostar issue we are at the mercy of the vendor to get back up and running. There are no workarounds due to the controlled nature of the industry.

**What problems is Exostar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a one-stop application that handles many different industry accesses for collaboration on our products.We turn to Exostar to take charge of the multi-factor authentication needed.

**What do you like best about Exostar?**

It has many of my defense companies on it.

**What do you dislike about Exostar?**

Customer service is awful and the UI is horrid.  It's confusing and frustrating.

**What problems is Exostar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing.  I'm forced to use it.

**What do you like best about Exostar?**

I like that fact that there are many customers that I can access via one screen. I also believe it is a very secure site and don't feel my info will be compromised. I work in military aeronautics so it is important to stay safe  

**What do you dislike about Exostar?**

Some of the areas are cumbersome. Each customer must design the own "area", as they are not all the same and a few of them are horrible to work with. Also customer support and guidance to get new users set up is lacking. 

**Recommendations to others considering Exostar:**

If you are a customer setting up for use with other companies make sure it is easy to receive information in a concise manner, Don't overload the page with unnecessary areas. 

**What problems is Exostar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to exchange information securely with my customers. There are areas I can send and receive blueprints and sensitive material.
