Exceptional HR Solutions Reviews & Provider Details

At Exceptional HR Solutions, we are a team of experienced HR professionals who partner with small and mid-sized businesses to simplify HR, strengthen compliance, and create people strategies that drive real business results. With more than 150 years of combined expertise, we bring both strategic insight and practical solutions to organizations that need flexible, cost-effective HR support. We built our model on the belief that we are business people first—who just happen to be HR experts. That means we don’t just check boxes on compliance; we align HR with your growth, culture, and bottom line. Our services are offered through our HRSaaS (HR Solutions as a Service) approach, which allows you to choose the level of support you need: WorkSight – Affordable, email-based HR advice on demand. HR Essentials – Foundational HR processes like onboarding, compliance documentation, and everyday employee support. Fractional HR Suite – Part-time or embedded senior HR leadership that delivers strategic expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. Beyond these core solutions, we also provide payroll services, talent acquisition, assessments, leadership coaching, investigations, outplacement, and training—so you get end-to-end HR support that scales as your business grows.
