My account rep was friendly, flexible, always kept things moving, and very much made sure the tool was going what it could to lighten my team's work load. They were able to suggest great places to start when we weren't sure what we wanted to test for a few pages, and were able to adapt and elevate the plan for the pages we did have a road map for. I needed a plan for increasing our testing with very few additional resources, and Evolv.AI very much fit the bill with that. It had the added bonus of bringing AI to the organization. When there were technical things I wanted from them tool (which was very easy to use), they worked to innovate quickly. I would absolutely recommend Evovl.AI for companies looking to test their sites throughout the customer journey, especially if they don't have a ton of digital testing resources internally. They are continuously improving and coming up with new features. They were great partners. **What do you dislike about Evolv AI?** The AI tool is a slick one and could keep going and learning indefinitely, which was usually great. Occasionally, when we had a specific strategic direction we wanted to take things, the tool needed more manual intervention. My account rep, Will, was easily able to execute that, but I wish it could have been more hands free or that I could have worked on that. **What problems is Evolv AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to increase digital testing exponentially and didn't have the internal resources to do it. Evolv.AI made it super easy to scale up testing and keep improving our sites. ### 2. We have been able to plan out new feature work in a more tactical way thanks to the performance data we've gathered from our broad testing. ### 3. The Evolv application also integrates seamlessly with the code for other applications that reside on pages for specific, isolated features. The AI allows for basic and complex user experience changes to be tested simultaneously or as separate test cases. When multiple changes are tested simultaneously, the application provides live restuls as the tests are in progress and the alogrithm automatically combines the changes that are delivering the highest results. Desicsions to implement chagnes that are tested are based on data reported by the Evolv application and the data is synched up with Adobe Analytics data. The percentage of traffic that is exposed to the tests variants has a threshold to reach statistically signifiance, another data point used to make decisions between Evolv and the client. **What do you dislike about Evolv AI?** The start dates for various varients for each test are fluid at times. Example: the start date communicated is 'later next week' versus a definate date. **What problems is Evolv AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It avoics implementation of changes that are based on opinions. It is reducing friction within the user experience and page fallout ### 5. The tools are impressive, but the support is even better. They effectively and efficiently strategize, plan, and execute on data driven insights and ideas. This has resulted in some of the most complex, yet successful projects that have become the standard in which our business conducts digital optimization testing efforts **What do you dislike about Evolv AI?** There have been great progress and improvements made in their operations in recent years. There could be some opportunities in better informing how their capabilities can be better leveraged and utilized. Evolv AI has the abilities to better influence and shape how they can aid in delivering the customer experiences we strive for. We are also able to introduce changes while the optimization is running and continuously optimize an experiment. The recent feature that they added is high valuable and we can optimize toward a conversion value. Also, their team is amazing! **What do you dislike about Evolv AI?** Evolv.AI is its inherent complex but it's for a purpose. It's not overly complex but your team needs to be able to understand and learn a different way of testing that's not traditional. However, once you learn it, you will certainly see a high ROI. **What problems is Evolv AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dynamic value-based optimization has been a real game changer for us. This wasn't available with any other tool that we looked at. Being able to test 10s of variations at the same time has also been a huge benefit that rapidly increased our velocity of learning. ### 7.
