The people I worked with at Evolv.AI were great. My account rep was friendly, flexible, always kept things moving, and very much made sure the tool was going what it could to lighten my team's work load. They were able to suggest great places to start when we weren't sure what we wanted to test for a few pages, and were able to adapt and elevate the plan for the pages we did have a road map for.

I needed a plan for increasing our testing with very few additional resources, and Evolv.AI very much fit the bill with that. It had the added bonus of bringing AI to the organization.

When there were technical things I wanted from them tool (which was very easy to use), they worked to innovate quickly.

The AI tool is a slick one and could keep going and learning indefinitely, which was usually great. Occasionally, when we had a specific strategic direction we wanted to take things, the tool needed more manual intervention. The development work for the Evolv application adapts seamlessly with the resident code base of the applicationi being tested. The Evolv application also integrates seamlessly with the code for other applications that reside on pages for specific, isolated features. The AI allows for basic and complex user experience changes to be tested simultaneously or as separate test cases. When multiple changes are tested simultaneously, the application provides live restuls as the tests are in progress and the alogrithm automatically combines the changes that are delivering the highest results. Desicsions to implement chagnes that are tested are based on data reported by the Evolv application and the data is synched up with Adobe Analytics data. The percentage of traffic that is exposed to the tests variants has a threshold to reach statistically signifiance, another data point used to make decisions between Evolv and the client. There have been great progress and improvements made in their operations in recent years. There could be some opportunities in better informing how their capabilities can be better leveraged and utilized. What I like about Evolv AI is the ability to optimize rather than running traditional A/B testing or multivariate testing. We are also able to introduce changes while the optimization is running and continuously optimize an experiment.
