I do wish that the reporting was more robust and customizable. We have been subject to a changeover in reporting dashboards that did not always allow us the visibility that we needed. Although the team was very helpful in providing additional reports during this transition period, I am looking forward to some improvements with the onboarding of the new dashboard. Moving from Tableau to Sigma as a reporting dashboard has affected our ability to understand our impact of user experience and adoption. I was suprised how easy it was to create an ad. It automatically pulled in all my MLS data and created the ad.
