Simplicity and the breadth of features that are available...should you want them. i.e. revenue management software. The price is more than fair, given what they offer. Over the lifespan of our business, we have been seduced by other platforms but returned to Eviiivo because it offers not only exactly what we need but also because it's so simple. Eviiivo are great at listening to their customers. Whenever we’ve asked for a feature, if it wasn’t already in the pipeline, they’ve found practical work-arounds. What problems is eviivo suite solving and how is that benefiting you? Eviiivo modified their platform some time ago to allow plug-ins and this was the biggest change that encouraged us back. We always liked the platform, but we wanted to try features like revenue management. These new features made a big difference and freed up a lot of time for us. I am so pleased with the comprehensive features of Eviivo Suite, such as the ability to integrate with OTA’s, and how they provide great customer service through live chat. All of us on Webervations and RexOvations were forced to convert to Eviivo. They closed our booking engines without providing ample support for converting us to the new system leaving numerous and maybe hundreds of lodging sites with no online booking presence. Customer service was nice, if we could get a hold of them at all, but every promise to convert did not happen. The message is "There has been an issue with importing data". OK, then leave the old booking engine open until issues are resolved. They shut down Webervations and RezOvations before they were technically able to convert to their system. They promisedto move all our info to their program and migrate us to their software. Keeping us up to date. So far about three months, and we can't talk to anyone at eviivo. have left messages at their sales number and a few other numbers we managed to find on the internet. Now when we call, their message just says "the mailbox cannot accept messages"...NO WONDER!!! TRY RETURNING A CALL OR TWO. Pretty sure they are stringing us along until we have no other options.. Have left reviews at some other sites and got one reply.."I will have one of my colleagues call you... Wanna Guess?? Still waiting for that colleague to call.
