In particular, I love how easy it is to capture images and paste them and how easy it is to adjust image sizes. I've been using this product for about seven years, and there was a big update in the middle, so it took me a bit of time to adapt to the new UI, but the updated product has many advantages so I continue to use it. You can also search the text that goes into the image and save time with a variety of shortcuts provided by Evernote **What do you dislike about Evernote?** One downside is that it's not easy to find a way to put other notebooks under the notebooks folder. **What problems is Evernote solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was good to be able to collect little thoughts and organize them later by taking notes and to check the data written on the PC quickly sinks when connecting to the mobile phone, so I was able to check the writing written on the desk or work-related contents while resting on the sofa. ### 2. I've been a plus subscriber for going on 12 years. But recently I was told my credit card was not working. When I updated the card and was told congratulations on your payment, I noticed I was now getting the device limitation warning. When I reached out to support they then responded that they couldn't find me in their system. This has now been going on for about 2 years. I just thought that for someone like me, wouldn't it be prudent just to let me have a live chat or call from someone...rather than have to wait days for an email response that seems to never come? I'm currently looking for alternatives and how to migrate my data to other platforms. But I realized why am I having to do this? This is evernotes fault. Why can't they do the simplest task and take my money at the rate promised 12 years ago? Then, in 2018, the team at Evernote broke their platform.
