"Seamless Sync and Powerful Note Organization with Evernote"
4/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

What I like most about Evernote is its seamless cross-device synchronization and powerful note organization. It allows me to capture ideas instantly across my phone and laptop without losing any progress. The ability to structure notes into dedicated notebooks, apply custom tags, and use the advanced search functionality makes finding specific information incredibly fast and effortless. Additionally, the web clipper tool is a game-changer for saving research articles, images, and formatting directly into my notes for future reference. The clean user interface helps me focus on productivity, organizing daily tasks, and managing academic or work materials systematically without clutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evernote?

What I dislike about Evernote is that the free version has become increasingly limited in terms of device sync restrictions and monthly upload limits. Occasionally, the app can feel a bit heavy and take a few extra seconds to load large notes or heavy attachments. Additionally, some premium features like advanced search filters and offline note access are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be restrictive for casual users. "Evernote Makes Organizing and Finding Notes Effortless Across Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

What I like best about Evernote is how easy it is to keep notes organized and accessible in one place. I can create separate notebooks for different topics, use tags to organize information, and quickly search for notes when I need them. I also like that notes can contain more than just plain text, such as checklists, links, images, and attachments. The interface makes it convenient to update existing notes and keep important information together instead of having it scattered across different apps. Synchronization across devices is also useful because it allows me to access my notes when I am working from different devices. Evernote works well with the other tools I use and fits smoothly into my workflow. It is easy to move information between Evernote and other productivity tools through links, attachments, and shared content. I especially find it useful for keeping notes and reference information organized while using other applications for tasks, communication, or document creation. Overall, the integration is convenient and helps me avoid switching between too many separate places to find important information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evernote?

What I dislike about Evernote is that some useful features are limited depending on the subscription plan, which can make the free experience feel restrictive. I also find that the interface can sometimes feel a little crowded, especially when managing many notebooks, tags, and notes at the same time. Syncing is generally useful, but occasional delays between devices can interrupt the workflow. For simple note-taking, Evernote can also feel more complex than necessary because it includes many additional features that I may not always need. Overall, these issues do not prevent me from using the app, but improving simplicity and flexibility would make the experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Note-Taking That Connects Ideas, Organizes Study, and Delivers Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

Their note taking is very good and not like other apps as it does not just write anything down but it saves information and connects it with other information and attaches the relevant documents, it made projects easier, while other note apps I tried would just write anything down and it would not help me. What I also found helpful is that it keeps study material in one place and it quickly searches my notes and it keeps me organised by using tags for information. The support it showed me was incredible and the AI that is used is very helpful as well, it helped my accomplish what I want in life and I would definitely recommend it as the pricing is also not to expensive. One last note, if you use it well you can pass exams and have a more organized workspace, you can also use Chatgpt to check if what I am saying is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Evernote: Seamless Sync, Powerful Search, and Flexible Multimedia Notes"
5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

Evernote remains my absolute favorite note-taking tool, primarily because of how effortlessly it keeps my life organized across all my devices. The seamless cross-device synchronization means I can jot down a quick thought or a task list on my phone while on the move, and it is instantly waiting for me on my laptop when I sit down to work. I never have to worry about manually saving or losing a train of thought. This reliability, combined with the flexible structure of notebooks, tags, and stacks, allows me to build a personalized digital filing cabinet that perfectly adapts to the way my brain works.

What truly sets it apart, though, is the unmatched power of its search functionality and multimedia flexibility. I love that I am not just limited to plain text; I can drop in images, voice memos, PDFs, and web clippings, and Evernote handles them all flawlessly. When I need to find something, the lightning-fast search can scan through thousands of notes and even find words tucked inside uploaded documents or handwritten images in a matter of seconds. It functions essentially as an external brain, saving me a ton of time and ensuring that my important ideas and research are always just a quick keyword away. What do you dislike about Evernote?

Despite its strengths, the biggest drawback of Evernote is its increasingly restrictive free tier and aggressive pricing hikes, which make it hard to justify for casual note-taking. The free plan limits you to just one notebook and fifty total notes, essentially forcing you into a costly premium subscription. When you do pay, the app often feels bloated and slow to load, bogged down by heavy features like tasks and calendar integrations that clutter the interface if all you want to do is write down a quick thought. Furthermore, the desktop and mobile apps can feel sluggish compared to modern, lightweight competitors, turning what should be a fast capturing tool into a frustratingly clunky experience. "A Structured Workspace for Organizing Engineering Notes and Investigations"
4/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

Evernote gives me a structured place to keep rider-support investigations, payment-flow references, API integration notes, and release validation material together. The combination of notebooks, structured notes, tables, and AI-assisted drafting makes it practical to turn technical work into documentation that can be revisited later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evernote?

The workspace requires some initial organization when several engineering areas are being documented at the same time. Once the notebook and note structure is established, though, it becomes much easier to keep related investigation and engineering references grouped together. "Evernote Keeps Me Organized with Fast Search, Sync, and a Handy Web Clipper"
5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

I’ve been using Evernote for a while, and it has become one of my favorite productivity apps. I use it to organize notes, save ideas, and keep track of important tasks. Everything stays synced across my devices, so I can access my notes whenever I need them. The search function is fast, and I like how easy it is to organize everything with notebooks and tags. The web clipper is also very useful for saving articles and research. The app is simple to use, reliable, and helps me stay organized every day. Although some advanced features require a paid subscription, the overall experience has been excellent. I would recommend Evernote to anyone looking for a dependable note-taking and organization app for work, school, or personal projects. It has definitely improved the way I manage my information and daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Evernote Pricing Policy, A Disappointment for Loyal Users"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

I like the balance that existed between a useful application and the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evernote?

The truth is that lately, Evernote has changed its prices and ways. It's so homely in that voice. And this has harmed thousands of people who were loyal to always having monthly payments to keep the notes. It has limited the use of Evernote, even in the starter plan. I've had Evernote for many years, and now it has increased the price I was paying by 20 times. And it tells me I can downgrade to a lower level, but in that case, I would have to have a limit of up to 1000 notes and not be able to write more. Even if I pay the lower price, I couldn't keep adding notes because I already have more than 1400 notes. This is a disaster. A rather unpleasant policy for those who have been loyal for so many years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization, Easy to Work with"
5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

I like Evernote for its effortless access and ease of features and tools. It's been great for keeping all my work in one place, which helps me stay organized and focused. It saves me time and effort by allowing me to organize, save, and track my work smoothly, especially since I used to jump between different notes in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evernote?

Some features in Evernote are restrictively free, which limits my work. I think having more free features would be a great help. Additionally, an easy guide on how Evernote works would save effort and time for first-time users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Tool with Powerful OCR and Superior Web Clipping"
5/5
What do you like best about Evernote?

I find Evernote to be one of the most versatile tools for organizing my personal life and work projects. I love the Web Clipper, which is considered the best in the business. It captures full web pages, simplified articles, or screenshots directly into notes without losing context or formatting. The Deep OCR Search is fantastic because it indexes and searches text inside attached PDFs, scanned documents, and even handwritten notes, making retrieval effortless. I also appreciate Evernote's centralized flexibility, as it allows me to combine typed text, voice recordings, checklists, and file attachments in one place without needing to switch between apps. I find the initial setup very easy, and the tool is incredibly valuable for consolidating scattered information, preventing loss of context, and keeping tasks connected to their relevant notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evernote?

I find the aggressive pricing and free plan caps restrictive. The free tier is limited to just 50 notes and a single notebook, which turns it into a kind of limited trial. The paid tier costs between $99 and $250 per year, making it hard to justify for casual or budget-conscious note-takers. The app feels heavy and sometimes experiences sync delays, consuming more system resources compared to lighter apps like Bear or Apple Notes. The interface has become cluttered over the years with features like tasks, calendar integrations, and AI prompts, creating a complex environment that distracts from writing. Exporting large note libraries into universal open formats such as Markdown or plain text is still clunky, which is frustrating if I want to have full control over my files or switch to other tools like Obsidian. Additionally, the encryption options are limited to specific text blocks inside notes, rather than offering comprehensive end-to-end encryption for all notebooks and attachments. What I dislike about Evernote is that some useful features are limited to paid plans.
