Everhour is a superior system for time tracking - whether you work with employees or contractors (or both). The most powerful feature, in my opinion, is the ability to track hours against a client partnership and understand how much time has been utilized vs. what remains. As a freelancer its important to track your time that you working on any project. Everhour is a tool for just this. Its a simple extension to your browser that you can click and start tracking time. The great thing about it, is that you can integrate it with many project management softwares like Asana or Click up. This way you get to see the time you worked and the client. Handy. With everhour you need to stay on the page of the project your working on or make sure you remember to stop the timer if your doing something else. This can be problematic, sometimes you might be doing something like using a CRM that is updating plugins or something for the job, but it wont track that time on that page. So you need to make sure your time is correct in the end. Toggle Track is a another tool and seems to do the page swapping better and keep tracking the time. Everhour is a well-designed, easy to use, powerful time-tracking tool that has one of the most unique integrations with a number of key Saas productivity tools. It seamlessly flows into the UI of apps like Asana and Notion in ways that enhance the experience for both apps. I don't see any other apps in the market doing this as well as Everhour does. Everhour integrates perfectly into Asana, where we manage all of our work, and Xero, where we bill all of our clients and pay our contractors. No more using outside time tracking tools, copying and pasting task titles into the outside tool, and wondering which time entries apply to which tasks. The integration is a breeze to set up, and their online support is top-notch. Few tools live up to their promise, but Everhour does in spades. If you are an Asana user, just get this tool. Only minor things: little details in Everhour's reporting that we would appreciate having, but aren't deal breakers. We've always found workarounds to what we were trying to achieve, and Everhour's support has always been thoughtful in providing ideas on how we can accomplish our goals with their platform.
