I like most how you can send automatic messages and a checklist to help determine who has to be called in case of a critical incident. It’s better than everybody running around yelling to find out what to do. I have been able to use conditional statements to direct various types of emergency messages to specific groups based upon the situation. And also everyone knows what they are supposed to do with their assignments thanks to the system and I don’t have to spend my day asking each of them the same 6 follow-up questions. Creating a new workflow for incidents is extremely slow because the framework is very rigid; therefore, changing even a single item within that framework requires re-doing almost all of your work. Annoying. Also, exporting reports from previous emergencies is a nightmare due to data being mangled together and there are far too many mouse clicks required to produce a simple report. Integration with other applications such as Slack is severely limited – defeating the primary objective of rapid communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
