What I like most about Eventee is how easy it is to manage and communicate the conference program. For ML Prague, the agenda is clean and easy to follow. Our audience is quite technical, so it’s important that people can quickly scan sessions and plan their day without overthinking it. The Q&A feature is especially valuable for me. Questions are ranked by votes, which improves the interaction with speakers and makes sessions more interesting. Instead of passing around a microphone, you get relevant questions that actually add value, and you can moderate them. Session feedback is another key part. Right after each talk, we get a clear signal of what worked and what didn’t. As a program organizer, that’s very useful to understand which topics resonate and improve future editions. Overall, it just covers the essentials without adding complexity, and it works reliably.

What I like most about Eventee is how simple and reliable it is, both for organizers and attendees. We’ve been using it for Machine Learning Prague for several years, and it just works every time. From the organizer side, you can have everything ready in an afternoon. Setting up the agenda, push notifications, partners, and the event feed is super straightforward. The first time I used it, it literally took me 5 minutes to understand how everything works. During the event, it’s especially useful to move people towards talks and partner booths using push notifications. The Q&A feature makes it much easier to manage questions for speakers without chaos, and the feedback after each session gives you a clear view of which talks and topics people actually enjoyed. The networking feature solves a very real problem: a lot of people attend conferences alone, or don’t feel comfortable starting conversations. Instead of waiting for the afterparty to break the ice, they can start connecting directly through the app, which makes networking much easier and more natural. From the attendee side, the feedback we get is simple: no complaints. And honestly, that says a lot. We’ve tried other tools in the past. Hopin worked well for virtual events but was very expensive, and I’m not sure how it would perform for in-person events. In the end, it’s worth paying for because it gives you exactly what you need for a physical event: it’s easy to use, looks great, and above all, it’s extremely reliable. We’ve been using it for 4 years without any operational issues, and they keep improving the product over time.
