**What do you like best about eTicket?**

Customer can easily raise there concern with the help of this tool without getting annoyed to wait for the calls to get connected.
Customers can submit their queries and get the resolution as per their convinient time as many E-Ticket provides 24*7  accessability.

**What do you dislike about eTicket?**

Some customer doesnt get proper resolution to their queries which can be time consuming and making them irate.
License and maintenance costs can make e-ticket help desks expensive.

**What problems is eTicket solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated E ticket tool with our CRM which has helped us to track the issue effectively and ensuring the same is is resolved at the earliest.
It has helped us in enhancing the reporting,problem tracking and customer service by saving our time.

I have no any issue its a really to good use many time service customer support always helps.
