**What do you like best about eStreamDesk?**

eStreamDesk is a customer service software that has reduced our effort and has provided effectiveness in the service processes, a solution with which we are pleased from the first moment we used it, we have obtained potential clients, sales have increased as well as productivity and save time.

**What do you dislike about eStreamDesk?**

eStreamDesk is a help desk software that offers us options to meet the needs and requirements of our clients in the shortest possible time in an automated way with daily reports and important statistics, creating a specific knowledge base rich in information that allows customers quickly find what they are looking for.

**What problems is eStreamDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eStreamDesk is a cloud-based help desk software that gives my team tools to work on the go from anywhere and from any device with a hosted service, we have embraced a better way of serving our customers and the results have been powerful for the company. It is a software that works as a link uniting us with clients in real time makes it easy for us to do business and to know the needs of our clients to offer an effective attention.

**What do you like best about eStreamDesk?**

eStreamDesk is a help desk software that, among many advantages, provides an intuitive workflow and unparalleled flexibility by providing an automated support service that saves time when support agents spend answering emails, it is a solution that allows us to offer a customer service with precise answers and punctuality. The knowledge base is excellent and has been essential to the success of our business.



**What do you dislike about eStreamDesk?**

A help desk software that increases agent and customer satisfaction, as well as communication, productivity and collaboration by increasing time savings and additional costs, eStreamDesk is a tool that works perfectly helping agents to offer a satisfactory experience to customers passing to the wonderful world of automation where you don't have to wait too long for answers, the features offered by eStreamDesk are perfect and nothing bothers me.

**What problems is eStreamDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eStreamDesk is a help desk software that has increased the level of satisfaction of our customers due to the advantage of operating in real time, responding to any query and with a communication flow that works with faster responses, reducing waiting time. It also improves internal communication, ensuring that employees are aligned with efficient management that increases productivity.

**What do you like best about eStreamDesk?**

eStreamDesk has an easy orientation platform and easy incident handling. What I like most is that the product divides the different incidents such as problems, forum and others. What I like most is that this software has a kind of forum that allows us to collaborate with the different members on an incident.

**What do you dislike about eStreamDesk?**

When there is a large volume of connected users, tickets take longer to load. The website also has some programming problems, which only allows you to upload photos in JPEG format.

**Recommendations to others considering eStreamDesk:**

This software will allow you to meet the needs of your customers and help you respond in the shortest possible time. They have great documentation and features that will help you. I recommend it.

**What problems is eStreamDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the organization where I work we use eStreamDesk to solve problems in the shortest possible time. What benefited us most from the platform was the reduction in software costs, since its annual cost was considerably cheaper than the product we used before.
