**What do you like best about Essential?**

I think I finally found a system that actually works for the business. It’s easy to use, simple to train people on, and the implementation didn’t require months of back and forth. What I appreciate the most is that they understands the industry, and the system is intuitive. It saves our schedulers a lot of time, and things just flow the way they should. Honestly, it’s great to finally have software that delivers real results.

**What do you dislike about Essential?**

Nothing major. There are a few features we hope to see in the future, but the team is always improving the product and communicates well when something is coming.

**What problems is Essential solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Essential keeps everything in one place. Before, we had different parts of the business scattered across different systems and things would slip through the cracks. Now the whole process flows and our efficiency has improved a lot. Their AI for scheduling and inspections has been a huge help. The system contacts customers automatically, which saves a ton of time and has increased the number of inspections we complete each month. It simply makes the entire process easier to manage.
