I've never had a virus it didn't catch and it's never caused issues with any of my servers. The one time I had to call support, my call was answered in two rings and my rep was connected with a developer 5 minutes into the call, with a workaround in less than 20 minutes. It is very simple to use, and it takes up very little space on my things. It does not need my constant help and allows me to focus on other things while it is set up. Help from ESET's partners and their own staff is easy to get whenever I need it, which I like. This is very important for my business since it will protect the same with an antivirus and a firewall. Its performance it's more than decent without putting extreme pressure on the cpu (at least on MacOS) **What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?** The uninstaller on MacOS is a total disaster. When you upgrade your MacOS to a new major version, if you have ESET installed, after reboot, network connectivity is totally dead. You have to fully uninstall and remove ESET, then reboot then re-install ESET for the current MacOS version. Using the management console provides quick insight into your environment and provides templates which make deployment changes quick and easy. **What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?** So far I haven't really had any issues with eset. Any trouble I had was because I went about the wrong way trying to achieve my result. **What problems is ESET PROTECT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eset notifies me of machines with vulnerabilities due to lack of updates or patches. I also like that it establishes a security defense. It is a next generation antivirus that effectively competes with other antivirus software. We can ensuere that our endpoints are pretected from these harmful malwares. **What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?** I believe that customer services can be improved further. Outside of this, I think it is a very good tool, but the price could be considered. **What problems is ESET PROTECT solving and how is that benefiting you?** ESET PROTECT Advanced provides me with regular updates, new patches and high security. In addition, real-time behavioral analysis helped me in various situations. This is a tool that benefits my organization by saving a lot of time. This product does a lot of what we need for our business feature wise. Customer support in live support does a very good job in helping resolve issues. The layout of the dashboard and customization has a very nice touch, and ease of navigating through. **What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?** On prem for linux OS currently has little support. Overall not very much to dislike about ESET Protect. **What problems is ESET PROTECT solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of features used at a central location helps reduce the amount of time we need to investigate certain asset or user.
