I especially liked the call center modeling tools that are implemented in the program. This means it helps me forecast calls received, the personnel to deploy and likely congestion within the call center, which in essence enhances efficiency of the call centers. erlang. com’s software appears to be targeted at on-premise implementations only. Naturally, a tool lacking integration capability in today’s cloud-based reality leaves a sensation of something grossly missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
