**What do you like best about erlang.com?**

I especially liked the call center modeling tools that are implemented in the program. This means it helps me forecast calls received, the personnel to deploy and likely congestion within the call center, which in essence enhances efficiency of the call centers.

**What do you dislike about erlang.com?**

erlang. com’s software appears to be targeted at on-premise implementations only. Naturally, a tool lacking integration capability in today’s cloud-based reality leaves a sensation of something grossly missing.

**What problems is erlang.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Erlang. com has been very useful in assisting me increase productivity in the call center. Through traffic modeling to predict future problems, I have been able to staff correctly, minimize caller wait times, and increase client satisfaction.
