**What do you like best about Equisoft/illustrate?**

I love the way to have all these kinds of tools in a hand when it is necessary. 
It is flexible, easy to use, and multichannel to generate and compare quotations
these features boost the process of the sale.
Using Illustrate includes equity, indexed, and equity products in your presentations this is very significant at the moment to show differences to your customers.
Offline capability for regions with spotty internet, this is a really nice feature!.

**What do you dislike about Equisoft/illustrate?**

It's a bit expensive in CRM manager services. If you want to link illustrations, you may need to pay for additional features when you want to connect with a CRM of your election, when you use the offline service, sometimes itn't work well once you try to reconnect with your internet provider start to works again beside this issue some features aren't working well it would be great to have all features offline because these characteristics sometimes are needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Equisoft/illustrate:**

No experience is needed when you use this tool. it is no essential to have an internet connection.
Another recommendation is web-based, an attractive feature keeping the way to work offline or any place without an internet connection. If you are working outside the office or offline, you can share rules, fees, and calculations without any problem.

**What problems is Equisoft/illustrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The policy management software gives me the tools to have more control with customers, and quotations there you will have your tools ready in any place where you are because it haves a cloud service.
Sometimes, I need to go to visit farms, and in some of these places isn't a cellphone signal or internet connection, and I found a way to work offline with this platform. I work with OIPA from Oracle. It works nice!. If you have a small team or corporative, it is a tool that you may need to have included in your software tools.
