**What do you like best about Equidam?**

It is a platform that guides you through the startup valuation process step by step.

No need to understand any advanced valuation methodologies.

**What do you dislike about Equidam?**

Limited methodologies that rely a lot of the assumptions provided by the user.

Also, small variables can make such a difference (i.e., beta, risk free rate, growth) and there is no way to validate if they are correct.

**What problems is Equidam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an easy way to get a basic valuation for your startup to start negotiations with investors. It gives you a ballpark estimation on the value of your company for financial investors.

**What do you like best about Equidam?**

It gives you a ballpark estaimate of how much your company could be worth for an investor by using your assumptions.

**What do you dislike about Equidam?**

It is so easy to have so much variability in the different valuation methodologies, as well as if you change some key assumptions behind each methodology. I.e. the beta or the risk free rate for your DCF analysis.

These issues makes you not trust the rest of the valuations provided.

**What problems is Equidam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting an estimation for the valuation or valuation cap for your SAFE or Convertible Note without making a lot of market research and using your own financial assumptions.
