What do you like best about Equidam?

It is a platform that guides you through the startup valuation process step by step.

No need to understand any advanced valuation methodologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Equidam?

Limited methodologies that rely a lot of the assumptions provided by the user.

Also, small variables can make such a difference (i.e., beta, risk free rate, growth) and there is no way to validate if they are correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives you a ballpark estaimate of how much your company could be worth for an investor by using your assumptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Equidam?

It is so easy to have so much variability in the different valuation methodologies, as well as if you change some key assumptions behind each methodology. I.e. the beta or the risk free rate for your DCF analysis.
