What do you like best about Equal Time?

First, and foremost, I appreciated Equal Time's focus on simplicity. It has easy-to-use features with no fluff, and you can implement it without a learning curve.

Second, Equal Time offers highly accurate meeting transcription. During testing, we used the built-in microphones, and the accuracy was outstanding.

Furthermore, it has advanced meeting analysis features. Equal Time gives you numerous useful information about your meeting effectiveness and speaking patterns.

In addition, Equal Time offers reasonable pricing for teams compared to other apps.

What do you dislike about Equal Time?

One of my first cons is the lack of a free version. While Equal Time has a seven-day trial, it does not offer a free plan with limited features.

As a consultant and workshop moderator I really appreciate the AI-assistant's ability to involve quieter voices in the discussion is remarkable. It ensures that everyone's input is heard and valued, making the meeting environment more collaborative and democratic. As a result, Equal Time fosters a sense of belonging and encourages diverse perspectives, leading to richer and more well-rounded outcomes.

The searchable and sharable transcript is an incredibly handy feature that facilitates efficient post-meeting follow-ups. It allows me to revisit specific discussions or decisions, making it easier to maintain accountability and track progress on action-items. Sharing the transcript with team members who couldn't attend the meeting ensures that everyone is on the same page, regardless of their availability during the live session.

One potential area for improvement is the accuracy of the transcription. Although Equal Time's AI-powered transcription is reliable, there is still room for enhancement, particularly in recognizing specific dialects, accents, or domain-specific terminology in German. Improving accuracy would facilitate post-editing and searching for specific sections within the transcript. English is working quite fine.

Additionally , while the cost estimation feature is valuable, it would be beneficial to have more detailed insights and customisation options for the factors contributing to the meeting's cost.

Despite these minor suggestions for improvement, Equal Time is undoubtedly a valuable tool that has transformed the way I conduct virtual meetings. What do you like best about Equal Time?

I've been very pro-EqualTime ever since I came across it, and have been consistently impressed with it as it's continued to develop.

It's a great, easy & free calendar extension and I love being able to see the cold hard data, in real-time, of the equity of a meeting discussion. I can adjust myself or the discussion accordingly as it's happening.

Being able to use data to validate and act on, brings a whole new level of awareness & transparency to a previously opaque thing, and helps me to be a better leader/participant.

What do you like best about Equal Time?

It's great to have a tool that visualizes speaking time. This allows you to easily spot who is talking the most and who is talking the least. If I notice someone isn't getting equal air time, I can ask for their opinion more. As an engineering manager, this is invaluable to make sure all voices on my team are heard! What do you like best about Equal Time?

If you would love to know if really all voices in your team are being heard and thus included in online discussions and brainstormings, you should install this extension.

It will be an eye opener especially for the ones among us who thought they are providing everyone equal chance to participate in a conversation.

This alone would have been enough of a good a reason for me to use Equal Time, but given that it also provided summaries of online meetings and I can even send my bot to a webinar that I can’t attend, makes it even more interesting. Everyone has one or another thing they can’t attend due to time conflicts. But be aware that in smaller webinars or gatherings there might be an etiquette around bots joining without permission or previous notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Equal Time?

I find equal time a great way to get insights about my meetings. Often during a team meeting, it can be hard to perceive how much time each team member received to speak on a topic. Getting a breakdown is invaluable for ensuring all viewpoints are being considered and a tool to help coach junior team members who aren't participating in discussions.

I also enjoy the small touches included in the app, like ice breakers which allow me to avoid scrambling on Google for an ice breaker for meetings I host when folks are still joining. Getting a report after the meeting with details about someone being more than 3 minutes late is also a nice touch to see if someone is not consistently respectful of everyone's time.
