I think that integrating AI into the user testing expierence is highly beneficial to companies. It reduces the amount of platforms we need to use to get the whole picture and helps save time. It is similar to other user testing platforms so if you already have others, there may be some overlap where just having one or the other would make more sense. One feature I wish it had would being able to have the user's entire test recorded so we can hear all of their thoughs throughout the test even if it is just a multiple choice question.
