A very good platform where you can take various types of assessment of your skills and they also provide you the certification along with your report card. it can play a major role for those people who want to improve themselves on different skills. it also works as a tutor for you. you will also get free training on the navigator feature to some extent. **What do you dislike about Ensize?** I think their data is predefined I mean when I was taking a course then I feel that they have a scripted data that only they can explain and online tutors take too much time to respond to a query. one factor I feel is that cost is too much rather than other platforms. **Recommendations to others considering Ensize:** Very good platform to develop your skills with their assessments and training. beneficial for a company who wants to provide work according to their employee skills and it will help you to identify the skills of your employee by assessment. **What problems is Ensize solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have improved my leadership skills with the help of this. My company is using it to develop employees' skills and they can take assessments and identify their skills too. I liked its navigator tool and in that, I find some training materials and they were free of cost. i would say it can be beneficial for an organization if they want to improve their efficiency by identifying the skills of their employees through assessment. ### 3.
