When I used the service, it was run very well and support was outstanding. Over time, it was sold and then divided (or something) and I think it just retains old clients. Arvixe uses web.com so what do they really do? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a recurring problem with my website not loading. I would have to contact tech support once per week to get them to reset something on their end. They would always say that they would fix it for good, but never did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
