I have been involved in a multitude of HR system implementations and I have to say Enboarder has been the best for several reasons:

a) you are buying a capability (time bound customisable workflows - any mature process could be in scope!)

b) It is super easy and intuitive to build

I love that we can provide the best possible experience for new hires and hiring managers without a massive time commitment from HR. Once the workflows are setup, you can be sure that the right information is going to the right people exactly when they need it. We used handle all onboarding communications manually, which wasn't scaling as we grew to 11+ global offices. Enboarder has helped us scale onboarding as we've become a global company.
