It is a sharp looking, easy to use tool that is increasing the communication between our hiring managers and our new employees. **What do you dislike about Enboarder?** Reporting tools a little difficult. Could be made easier to use. The tool was incredibly user friendly, it often made some processes much simpler, and there was always support from Enbourder when it was required. **What do you dislike about Enboarder?** To be honest not much at all, the tool is great! **Recommendations to others considering Enboarder:** Adopt it, you will not be sorry. Enboarder is a fantastic tool that can provide value to any business, big or small. **What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Enboarder to deploy readiness and feedback pulse checks to a large number of employees with limited access to emails, so the functionality to send such a pulse to users mobile contacts was an invaluable tool. It soon became abundantly clear that we were saving a large amount of time thanks to the tool, as there was no need to create individual messages deployed by an employees mobile device. We were also able to obtain data in real time, so that we could get back to doing the really important stuff. ### 4. Engaging, functional, customization. Through the tool we are able to provide our new starters with a genuine, engaging, informative and personalized welcome. **What do you dislike about Enboarder?** Nothing springs to mind. It is a great tool, all problems we have encountered have been fixed instantly by the support team. **What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engagement between managers and new starters prior to the start. Setting up new starters to succeed. Ensuring all people that need to be involved in the on boarding process are involved and kept up to date. I also like that HR can support line managers in their onboarding of new hires as part of the Enboarder workflow **What do you dislike about Enboarder?** This is contemporary, mobile-first technology. Not all company decision makers are up to speed on what is possible and I fear that they'll get left behind. **What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once the workflow is planned out, you can set and forget - with easy back end administration to check that everyone is progressing through as needed. It ticks a lot of boxes: internal branding, onboarding workflow, supporting line managers, automation of processes. ### 8.
