I find the credit card transaction fees with Xoxoday problematic, as they charge a 3.5% fee. This fee often discourages me from using my credit card for transactions, forcing me to rely on NEFT instead. We use it on a daily basis, and the customer support we have received so far was fast and kind too. The overall experience is bad for the user when the redemption process is slow (Some vouchers take longer time to be get generated) or limited by regional restrictions. I think the platform needs more customizable reporting and better ways to connect with internal systems as an admin.
