The bbility for our clients to have payroll and benefits in one! They can run the reports and have things sent right to payroll all in one platform. All while keeping employees information secure. If I have any questions/issues, it's easy to get someone on the phone who is very knowledgable and if for some reason they can't assist they direct it to someone on the team that can. There is not much I dislike but sometimes there are issues that are expereicned and the workaround isn't ideal so we put in an enchancement request but haven't been notified yet that one of the requests has actually been completed and implemented.
