I like how user friendly Employee Navigator is for HR staff. I also enjoy the simplicity of enrollment from the employee perspective. My experiences with the support staff team have always been great. Even when issues are escalated to Tier 2, I always get a response back within the expected time frame. I don't like some of the plan build limitations when it comes to building out Questions in the system. We write a lot of permanent life and I wish there was a better way to upload coverage for stacked policies. I would like to see more flexibility with building minimums and maximums on life plan builds. Example: ages 65-70 can only elect a $10,000 policy.
