My biggest frustration with Employee Navigator is the lack of a true 360-degree integration with our payroll system. While Employee Navigator works well for benefits administration, not having a seamless two-way data feed creates additional manual work and requires us to manage information across multiple systems. A stronger integration that automatically keeps employee demographics, deductions, benefit elections, and other relevant information synchronized between Employee Navigator and payroll would significantly improve efficiency and reduce the risk of discrepancies or manual errors. I appreciate that Employee Navigator keeps all of my employee files in one place, saving me from having to go through old paper files. Not all of the fields in Employee Navigator talk to ADP and vice versa. I feel like there should be a one for one conversation between the two programs, but it only ends up being a condensed version. I have to know what fields talk and which ones don’t, and others might run into issues when filling in my job. Employee Navigator's integration with QuickBooks feels cumbersome, and I’m concerned about the accuracy of my numbers. The setup might be difficult for someone who isn't tech-savvy. I like the ease of use of Employee Navigator. It significantly reduces the amount of time it takes when someone makes a change because it links directly into Paylocity and updates payroll deductions.
