I feel like there should be a one for one conversation between the two programs, but it only ends up being a condensed version. I have to know what fields talk and which ones don’t, and others might run into issues when filling in my job. Employee Navigator's integration with QuickBooks feels cumbersome, and I’m concerned about the accuracy of my numbers. The setup might be difficult for someone who isn't tech-savvy. I also appreciate that it integrates with all of our benefit sites for updates, making it a valuable tool in our daily activities. We love employee navigator it is so streamlined to use and it is great that it integrates with our payroll system makes benefit management so much easier. customer service is wonderful as well. Really the only issue i have with the system isn't even an issue with EN but out payroll systems limitation on connectivity with EN. it's a minor issue and one extra step so i don't mind it too much. no implementation issues.
