Empeon portal is a very user friendly payroll platform. One of the features I appreciate most is its reporting capability, I can easily generate any payroll related reports without difficulty. As a payroll specialist, I find the system efficient for processing our company's weekly payroll. Additionally, their representatives are easy to communicate with and readilly available whenever I need assistance or have questions. Empeon offers strong integration capabilities that streamline our overall workflow. Integration process is straightforward and data syncs reliably across platforms. In terms of performance, overall is great and excelent. Lastly in terms of pricing, I really tell that it's all worth it since it's very helpful on our daily operation. the main limitation I've encountered with empeon is its restriction on employee department and role setup. We have some employees who perform two different roles within the company, each with the a different pay rate. However, because the system allows only one profile per employee based on their SSN, we're unable to separate these roles effectively. If there were an option to create multiple profiles or better support multiple roles under a single employee, it would make it much easier to track and report compensation by role.
