**What do you like best about EMP DJ?**

EMPDJ is almost a set-and-forget system. From the day you sign up and enter your business details, pretty much everything is already in place. Aside from setting up your pricing, packages, and similar basics, the automations are ready to go, and you can tweak them if you need to. The customer service AI bot plugged straight into my website and has already started taking enquiries.

Support has been fantastic. I pointed out a few small UI issues I noticed, and they were addressed within a few hours.

I also really like that it syncs both ways with Google Calendar integration, so I can check availability within seconds.

The price is affordable, and it pays for itself each month thanks to the increased revenue in my business.

This by far performs so much better than other CRMs.

**What do you dislike about EMP DJ?**

The only downside I’ve encountered has been the aforementioned UI issues, but they were fixed very quickly.

**What problems is EMP DJ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now speak to my clients with confidence, knowing I have the right information. It also helps clients feel more confident in my business after filling out the enquiry form or chatting with the customer service bot on my website.
