**What do you like best about Emitto?**

Emitto has disturbed the way I manage tasks and technology. It has complicated my life by integrating these aspects. The platform's non intuitive and less user friendly design makes navigation difficult.

**What do you dislike about Emitto?**

It needs to automate tasks consuming me hours. The real time data and analytics provided by Emitto have been poor, in making decisions and boosting productivity. Their cumbersome customer support team is not always ready to assist, not ensuring an experience.

**What problems is Emitto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emittos interface needs to benefit from a touch and better intuitive navigation. The platform's performance is sometimes inconsistent causing delays that are frustrating for users. There is room for improvement in terms of customer support with faster response times.

**What do you like best about Emitto?**

I’m really into multi-channel messaging and web push notifications; in my opinion all kinds of businesses need these for their full digital presence whether they are small or large.

**What do you dislike about Emitto?**

It’s fine as is, but if they add more channels like WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, etc. then it will be much more helpful for my business to have full digitization of my entire footprint into the marketplace.

**What problems is Emitto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emitto allowed me to extend my reach to customers via multichannel messaging and web push notifications. Emitto gives me a real-time messaging advantage — allowing for higher response ratios on my clients and customers without the delay of time.

**What do you like best about Emitto?**

Text marketing tools usually handle SMS only. But Emitto covered our Messenger and webpush campaigns too. This is a huge time saver, and feels more comfortable doing the entire campaign from 1 platform. The UI is simple, and campaigns are straightforward to set up. I especially liked the team workspace. I can get one of my colleagues to help me when I am busy.

**What do you dislike about Emitto?**

I wish Whatsapp was available on the list platforms. Viber is there, but our audience is more used to Whatsapp, and we are missing out there. I also wish there was middle tier. They jump rather high after the free plan. A middle tier would cover the needs of a lot of small agencies.

**Recommendations to others considering Emitto:**

Emitto has a more than generous free plan. If you don't run large campaigns, it should cover you in most cases. The alternatives I found were either too limited in features or way costlier.

**What problems is Emitto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are sending text and Facebook messenger messages to our leads who visited our site or page. Webpush campaign is coming up. Being able to run all 3 from the same tool is a great benefit. It is saving us time and hassle of moving around. It is also easy to coordinate with the team, I don't have to do the whole thing alone.

**What do you like best about Emitto?**

Emitto is so easy to use, with a dashboard that continues to improve every day and analytics that help us track our campaign performances. This product allows us to easily create very cost-effective mass text campaigns for our clients. It is also easy to upload contacts, either individually or in bulk. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Emitto?**

I do not have any complaints so far! The app is working amazing and I'm very happy.

**What problems is Emitto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that marketers like us can use this product without coding and achieve great results.

**What do you like best about Emitto?**

Instead of calling and leaving a voicemail or e-mailing, you can easily type in messages and send them to the customers knowing they will see the message. We are making a more prompt response time with Emitto. The best product so far we've used for our marketing business, simple, cost-effective. The customer service is really fantastic. They are all very quick to respond and answer any questions we have regarding their service.

We had no problems so far, everything seems to work smoothly.

We love the product, it's simple to use and implement it across the team. We use it for SMS campaigns as well as Web Push. The UI is great, the ease of use simple, awesome support, any time of the day. Every time we reach out to the customers we have a quick response! Texting clients helps us build trust with our brand and this is a great solution for that.

**What do you like best about Emitto?**

This product helps you easily create Viber campaigns and send it to thousands of my customers. You can create as many campaigns as you need for a super low price. We can send text, pictures, emojis, links - everything we need. And Emitto has a clear preview of the message, which is great!

**What do you dislike about Emitto?**

We would like to have a Telegram channel.

Little to no engagement of our audience with our content and ads. Emitto helped us a lot with this problem.

With Emitto a single marketing person has the power of full developers team. Also, 
Emitto has a really beautiful UI, which is responsive, and mobile-friendly. It's been a great experience using it, unlike the product that our company has used before. We can reach many 
customers using Emitto for SMS campaigns, and business is growing!

If they added a Whatsapp channel it would be nice.

Our customer base was quite modest and Emitto helped us grow it by a lot.
