We’ve been using Emerge for about eight months, mainly for managing refrigerated truckloads and securing carrier capacity for perishable goods. I like that the RFP process is much more organized than handling bids through emails and spreadsheets. The carrier marketplace also gives us another option when we need additional reefer capacity. Price benchmarking is useful for comparing our contract rates with current market pricing, while the ability to work with both existing and new carriers gives us more flexibility. Overall, it has been a great experience. Onboarding was straightforward, implementation went smoothly, and the support team has been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. I’d like to see more flexibility in the reporting. The standard dashboards are useful, but some of the more specific operational or compliance information we track requires exporting data for additional analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
