Shippers use Emerge to manage contract and spot freight procurement, from annual RFPs and mini-bids to real-time spot quoting, backed by AI-driven benchmarking and spend optimization. That procurement is powered by the Emerge Marketplace, a network of pre-vetted motor carriers, from independent owner-operators to large fleets, who source and book loads directly through the platform. Carriers, from independent owner-operators to large fleets, access loads directly through the Emerge Marketplace and Premier Partner program, with deeper API and EDI connectivity available through Capacity Link for carriers who want tighter integration with their own systems. Emerge also connects with leading TMS platforms and data partners through no-code integrations, so shippers can plug Emerge into their existing tech stack without heavy engineering lift. On security and scale, Emerge is SOC2 compliant, hosts data across both US and Europe data centers, and supports large enterprise shippers managing hundreds of thousands of shipments and lanes. Shippers also get guided onboarding, dedicated procurement experts, and ongoing support from a dedicated team.
